Global Sales Manager

CELLINK is the first bioink company in the world and a world leader and expert in this area. The company develops bioprinting technology that enable scientists to 3D bioprint human tissues and organs and new biomaterial solutions for researchers worldwide. This could potentially be utilized in a wide ranges of targets in the biotech field, including tissue engineering, cancer research, disease models, drug testing. The goal and focus is to ensure that researchers are provided with the tools they need to revolutionise the medical industry through 3D Bioprinting. As the EU has banned the use of animals for development of cosmetic products. This opens up an opportunity to use the 3D bioprinting technology to print human skin models that can be used for testing of cosmetic products.

Your new role
We are now looking for a Global Sales Manager with good experience from leading business development with good results. As a Global Sales Manager you will lead the way in sales and expand the business by attracting clients on a global range. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales team based in Sweden and the US. You will lead your team by example in sales focusing on pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies as well as leading academic institutions. Furthermore, You will build a stable structure for sales in the organization, develop cooperation agreements as well as the strategic growth plan for the company. As you will build international client relations travelling will be a big part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

- University degree in biotechnology, chemistry, business development or similar field
- At least 10 years of work experience in sales within the pharmaceutical field
- Experience from building and growing business
- Experience from leading teams to good results
- Advanced spoken and written proficiency in English
