WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Axis is investing in the future and our ability to;

1)   take care of and work with our most valued resource, our people. We truly believe that IRL face to face interaction will always be the number one way to build engagement and support our people. However, we understand that in order for managers and employees to do this in a qualitative and efficient way we need to provide support when it comes to sharing information and driving our HR processes forwards.

2)   work with Axis employee master data in a centralized manner, meaning that we will have one system containing master data about our employees, feeding the rest of Axis internal and external systems, in a controlled and secure manner, with master data about our employees.

Axis are investing in a global master system (Workday) that will handle Axis master data (all Axis users in 50+ countries) and all HR related workflows and processes from a system perspective. This means that we have a very interesting journey ahead, going from a decentralized information system structure to a centralized way of handling master data and working with our people and processes. Keeping the IRL face to face interaction with our people as the main success factor but providing a common system and way to support employees and managers in doing so. 

As HRIS Manager you will be the HR leader for implementation of this new system and work in close relationship with HR management, IT department, Regional Operations, internal customers, our implementation partner and other stakeholders. You, together with an internal project manager will make sure we do a business minded set up, ensuring value for our employees, Axis and in the end our customers.

After implementation, the HRIS Manager will be overall responsible for maintaining, developing and expanding a well functional and business relevant HR Master system.

This means, among other things to:

  • Take a leading part in collecting and structuring data in our new system.
  • Take a leading part in building and implementing HR functionality in the system.
  • Plan and execute Axis change management journey, engage Axis employees and managers all over the world.
  • Influence, train and coordinate a virtual team in the maintains of the system.
  • Develop HRIS roadmap in close relation with the business.
  • Drive development projects in our HRIS from start to finish.
  • Be one of a handful super users in the system.
  • Be overall responsible for general reporting done from the system.

Take on tasks according to the projects needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a unique individual, someone with ability and experience to handle both hard areas such as collecting and structuring master data and soft areas such as planning and executing Axis change management journey, influencing people to use the system and understanding its benefits.

We are also looking for a great relationship builder and someone who appreciates working with and being reliant on other people to reach success.

In addition to above we believe you have/are:

  • University education
    • HR (or similar field) in combination with experience and knowledge from IT
    • or IT (or similar field) in combination with HR experience  
  • Experience from implementation of similar system (multi-country)
  • Proven track record of project management
  • Structured and organized, with an eye and interest for details.
    • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) + at least one additional language.
    • Excellent MS Office skills

We also expect you be informed about EUs General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This position will be based in Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden. The role is expected to travel from time to time.
