Your new company
Orange Cloud for Business is a division of Orange Business Services with more than 1,200 employees whose mission is to support companies in the transformation of their IT to the Cloud.
To accompany our customers in their digital transformation, we offer a portfolio of services such as IaaS, PaaS, Big Data, IoT in Public, Private and Hybrid mode with managed services.

Your new role
This is a consultative and hunting sales position specifically targeting multinational organization. The candidate is required to sell the full Orange Business Services DC/Cloud portfolio including Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Backup/DR and associated DC infrastructure managed services and consulting offers. The candidate must also be able to articulate the overall value of OBS.

* Develop new pipeline opportunities within new logos
* Have a strong understanding of the business requirements of Orange customers and be able to translate these into business opportunities that can be addressed by solutions and services from the Orange portfolio.
* Drive adoption of orange cloud services within new logo customers
* It will be the candidates responsibility to develop new business and to maintain existing key global accounts. Orange exclusively targets multinational customers with the candidate working on a small number of large value opportunities.
* Establish, maintain and grow profitable business relationships with selected customer(s) and prospects. To provide thought leadership, direction, energy and drive for all engagements with these customer(s).
* Manage all aspects of the business with customer(s) including meeting and exceeding sales targets, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, generating and executing on account plans, working across teams and across the globe.
* Working within defined teams to build complex offerings based on sound commercial, technical and legal practice. Negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions with customers.
* Identify and hunt new opportunities in target market list based on customer target profile

What is required in order to succeed
* Established wide network of prospects in various sectors
* Strong salesmanship with proven hunter, sales track record in selling AWS, Azure, Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
* Strong sales discipline in building and growing pipeline, moving pipeline opportunities forward and closing new logos
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent ability to engage with all levels, especially the C-level
* Prior experience in hunting or account management in local market
