    DCP Midstream is dedicated to operating its business with the highest ethical standards. Our Code of Business Ethics details what you can expect of us in terms of behaviors and actions. Our Ethics Line exists so that anyone may report any behavior that is contrary to our Code of Business Ethics.
    Operations
    We gather raw natural gas through 56,000 miles of gathering pipe in six of the major U.S. natural gas regions. The gas is processed at 52 owned or operated plants.

    Through our processing operations, we separate NGLs from the raw natural gas and "fractionate" the liquids into their individual ethane, propane, butane and natural gasoline components. DCP Midstream owns or operates 10 fractionating facilities.

    DCP Midstream sells its NGLs to a variety of customers, ranging from large, multi-national petrochemical and refining companies to small regional propane distributors.

    We store residue gas that results from processing in our 6.0 billion cubic foot storage facility, and sell it to both gas marketers and end-users, including large industrial customers and natural gas and electric utilities.
    Facilities
    The midstream natural gas industry is the link between natural gas exploration and production and the delivery of its components to end-use markets. DCP Midstream operates in the two principal segments of the midstream natural gas industry:

    Natural gas gathering, processing, transportation, marketing and storage; and Natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation, transportation, marketing and trading.
