Business Controller, Viacom

Viacom is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Controller to support our hub for Youth & Music (MTV, VH1 and TMF). You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with close and daily contacts in the Nordics, the Baltics, Benelux, Germany, Poland, Switzerland and the Ukraine. As Business Controller you will work in close liaison with the business and you will report to our VP Finance, Finance Director Youth & Music.

Key responsibilities as Business Controller

• Channel profitability analysis


• Budget and quarterly estimates


• Supply management with reports, analysis and advice, both on request and on your initiative


• Participate and contribute in projects


• Create efficient financial reports with relevant KPI:s

Experience and profile
You have a degree in Economics and/or Business Administration and 3 to 5 years of experience from a Business Control position, preferably from a larger international company.  You are used to tight deadlines, complex processes and mixed reporting lines. Your skills in analyzing and controlling are very good and you are able to give challenging and constructive sparring on all managing levels. Furthermore you have a good knowledge of accounting.

As a person you are proactive and driven and used to thinking outside the box. You have good communication and social skills and the ability to work in an ever changing organization. Moreover, your personal impact enables you to build lasting relations. You have strong written and oral communication skills in English as well as good knowledge of Excel.
