Technical Service Manager About the position:
Now we need to reinforce our Customer Integrations team with a new team member. The position as Technical Service Manager (TSM) offers a broad variety of work assignments, and as TSM you will have responsibility for our client’s operative environment. As TSM you will be the coordinator and technical contact in integration projects for new and existing clients, act as technical project manager as well as mapping possible improvements. You will also gather relevant information for analysis with the purpose to streamline performance and service as well as at all times being updated on changes within Net Entertainment’s range of products.
As a TSM you will have a unique overall picture of Net Entertainment’s product portfolio.

Requirements for position:
· An academic degree in computer science or equivalent.
· 3+ years of work experience.
· Experience of system integration projects.
Desirable knowledge and skills for position:
· Web integration (WSDL/SOAP/HTML)
· Developer experience.
· Microsoft SQL server & MySQL.
· Java Enterprise System Solutions.
· Project management skills.
· ITIL foundation level.
· English both spoken and written.
