Savings 401-K Employees are immediately eligible to join the company's 401-K plan and choose how savings are invested by selecting from several different investment options with online access as well as a toll-free telephone access 7 days a week. Health Care & Dependent Care Savings Accounts Flexible spending accounts help save money on taxes by using the accounts to pay for health care expenses and expenses for care of an eligible child or disabled adult. There are two spending accounts: the health care flexible spending account and the dependent care flexible spending account. College Savings Account The College Savings Account (529 plan) allows investment earnings to be set aside for college and grow tax-free. Distributions are federal income tax free when used for qualified higher education expenses. Any U.S. resident employee may participate and any U.S. resident may be selected as a beneficiary. Insurance Health & Prescription Coverage Employees may select one of the medical coverage options available, or choose to decline medical coverage. Depending on the employee's location, they can choose either an HMO (Health Maintenance Organizations) or two levels of PPO (Preferred Provider Organizations) options. Employees pay a small premium per pay period and other out-of-pocket costs such as co-pays and deductibles, depending on the plan chosen. Employees may also choose to cover dependents. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Dental Employees may choose between two dental options, or choose to decline dental coverage. Both dental options cover preventative, basic and major services for employees and optional coverage for dependents. Orthodontic coverage is provided for covered children under age 19 only in the "high" option. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Vision This coverage provides benefits for a wide range of vision services and supplies, including routine eye exams, lenses, frames or contacts. Employees may also elect coverage for dependents at competitive rates under this plan. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Life & AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) The company provides life insurance and AD&D coverage equal to the employee's annual pay, up to $50,000 at no cost. Additional life insurance may be elected for the employee, a spouse and/or children at group rates. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Voluntary AD&D coverage Voluntary accidental death and dismemberment coverage may be purchased for the employee and/or the employee's family under this program. If this coverage is chosen, the amount is paid in addition to any coverage provided under the company paid life and AD&D benefit. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Short-Term & Long-Term Disability The company provides short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost. Employees may also buy-up to a higher level of coverage on the long-term disability for a small premium. Eligibility begins the 30th day after the date of hire. Employee Assistance Plan The employee assistance plan provides information on a wide range of topics/issues including financial issues, older adult and parenting resources, personal and work related problems. Employees may speak confidentially with an expert consultant to help clarify issues and sort through options. Also a web-based work life service is accessible 24/7 via the Internet. The company provides this benefit at no cost. Paid time off Program The company provides a paid time off policy that combines vacation, sick time, personal time and holidays. With this policy, employees can earn and accumulate PTO based on length of service and employment status. Accrual of PTO begins on date of hire. Training IVU IntelliMark's Virtual University (IVU) provides employees with 24x7x365 online access to over 500 technical courses and dozens of professional development offerings including Harvard Manage Mentor tools. Employee Discounts Lawphone Provides access to legal and financial advice, preparation of a will for employees and/or spouses, and a discount on legal fees from a sizable network of participating attorneys. Technisource Appoints Jay Graham
As Chief Information Officer

DALLAS- (June 16, 2006) - Technisource
, a national information technology and engineering services provider, has named Jay Graham as chief information officer. He will be based in Dallas.

"We are pleased to have an experienced professional like Jay in such a critical role," said Stephen R. Bova, chairman and CEO of Technisource. "His diverse background in software development and delivery services with leading companies will be an asset to Technisource's continued growth. We are confident he will excel in this position."

He will be responsible for leading Technisource's IT organization, including help desk, infrastructure and development. In addition, he will oversee outsourced technology services for key clients of Technisource's Management Services division.

Graham possesses almost two-decades of technology industry experience. He was working with Impact Innovations Group prior to Technisource acquiring that Firm in 2005. His previous assignment was chief information officer for Beckett Media, a publisher of sports collectables magazines. Graham has been director of the Austin technology center for GTECH, a gaming technology and services provider and manager for eBusiness solutions provider, Scient. He also worked for the U.S. Air Force on defense related research and development.

He holds a master's of science in computer engineering from the United States Air Force Institute of Technology and an MBA from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Graham earned his bachelor's of science in computer science from the United States Naval Academy.
